How Will Elections Affect Robstown in the Next Few Months?

The Defenzor Asks: How will the political season affect politics and the top administrator in Robstown? Is the Superintendant in danger of political and economic scrutiny? As an accountant, lawyer and former county judge who supposedly retired from politics there is some irony in Shamsie's role as an auditor of the Robstown books by a group with a vested interested who is openly supporting a candidate to grab the majority away from the incumbent faction?. Soon the Defenzor will be looking at the motivations for the movement to scrutizine the school and point their marker to the community of Robstown. Is it all altruistic?. Is there a connection between Lencho's increased involvement. will Joseph Ramirez' (aka L'il Lencho) debts owed to owners of local establishments (i.e., Rolanda's Restaurant (formerly La Familia where thousands are owed for political dinners and it has been a historical marker for such events in the past? Others are also complaining about bad debts) causing discord in this possible agenda affect their efforts? The election in May now moved to November on the school board of trustees for RISD (a pivotal candidate is on the line which shall be discussed) and the superintendent may resign or stay on? Time will tell. The Superintendent has resigned before and this is not new. It is rumored that the Superintendent has been working under the pressure of not having a majority. A shift is predicted in the schoolboard. Is Shamsie helping as he has in the past and kiledl the enemy with numbers and documents and ledgers (Ledger demain) to hurt the Superintendent?. Many believe Shamsie was somewhere world traveling and writing memoirs: not so. Hold on to your socks. AS a native son of Robstown I cannot ignore my own backyard.
